Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the World Model Readiness website and the diagnostic assessment offered on it.
1. Scope and operator
This website (the “Site”) at worldmodelreadiness.com is operated by Thorsten Meyer, Blombergstraße 11 C, 82393 Iffeldorf, Germany (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Site or using the assessment, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Full provider details are set out in our Impressum.
2. The service
The Site provides a free, self-service diagnostic that scores how ready an organisation is for a “world-model” AI implementation and returns a written report. The assessment and report are provided for general information and educational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice, do not establish any advisory or client relationship, and are no substitute for individual professional consultation. Any decision you make on the basis of the report remains your own responsibility.
3. No warranty
The assessment is generated from the answers you provide and from generalised models and benchmarks. We compile it with reasonable care but make no warranty that the report, its scores, peer comparisons, or recommendations are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your particular situation. The Site and the assessment are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Site.
4. Limitation of liability
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), and to the extent we have assumed a guarantee.
For damages caused by slight negligence, we are liable only where a material contractual obligation (a “cardinal obligation”: one whose fulfilment makes proper performance possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely) has been breached; in that case our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
Any further liability is excluded. The above limitations also apply in favour of our legal representatives, employees, and vicarious agents.
5. Email and confirmation
The assessment asks for a corporate email address so that we can deliver your report. We use a double opt-in process: you receive a single confirmation link and your report is only sent after you click it. You warrant that you are entitled to use the email address you submit. How we handle your data is described in our Datenschutz (Privacy Policy).
6. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, layout, the assessment methodology, and the generated reports are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights and belong to the Operator unless otherwise stated. You may use your own report for your internal, non-commercial business purposes. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication, or commercial exploitation requires our prior written consent.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: in particular not to submit false or third-party data without authorisation, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access, not to scrape, overload, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure, and not to use the Site in violation of applicable law.
8. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it. Some outbound links may be affiliate or partner links; please see our Affiliate Disclosure.
9. Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or the assessment, and may amend these Terms of Use, at any time with effect for the future. The version published on the Site at the time of your use applies.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which a consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected. Insofar as permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the Operator’s registered seat.
11. Severability
Should any provision of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
